Two of the most beautiful regions on this planet, both home to the friendliest people you can image, have been very hard hit by natural disasters,
Queensland and Canterbury.

Our hearts go with Queenslanders and Cantabrians who have been affected by the floods in South QLD, cyclone Yasi or this terrible earthquake in Christchurch.

We've come full circle ...

... the journey in our Bremach Extreme is over.
It took us exactly a year and about 45000 kms. We visited New Zealand and all the States and Territories of Australia.

The memories of our trip through the remote areas in the red center, along the Gunbarrel Highway, the Kimberleys and the Pilbara, the drive to Cape York along the telegraph track and the wilderness of Tasmania are still spellbinding us, just like the fond memories we have from the many wonderful people we've been so lucky to meet along our trip. Thanks mates, and good on'ya!

The landscapes and harsh environment of Oz have been fascinating. The people who live in the outback are definitely a very special breed, and we enjoyed every minute we've been able to spend with them.

The wizard of the Never-Never weaves his spells - pulling us back with a jerk, to our beloved bush.

Have a look at the mud map, of our journey around Australia.

We found most of the information required for our trip on the internet. By providing this website we want to thank the community for this, tell some of the stories we went through and offer some links and hints. That way maybe we are able to help others just a tiny little bit to fulfill their own dreams.

If you have questions concerning our journey or the Bremach do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail.
